These terms apply to orders placed with Sri Balaji Jewellery. By placing an order, customers agree to the following:
- All jewellery images are for representation purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly.
- Product prices are subject to change based on prevailing silver rates and other applicable charges.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and availability of the selected product.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details while placing an order.
- GST and other applicable charges will be added to the order wherever applicable.
- By placing an order, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. See our Exchange Policy for details.
